Scope

This part of ISO 12234 specifies the Digital Negative (DNG) image file format, published by Adobe Systems as the "Digital Negative (DNG) Specification." This includes specifying DNG by capturing and reconciling major adoptions and implementations of Adobe DNG.

A DNG file shall meet the requirements provided in this specification.
