This document provides information and guides on the decommissioning of medical cyclotron facility, with a focus on activated or contaminated parts. Practical information and guides are given on decommissioning strategy and plan, safety assessment, and various decommissioning activities. Financial provisions and radioactive waste management aspects are also included. This standard can be used by organizations responsible for operation and decommissioning of medical cyclotron facility, while other organizations involved in design of medical cyclotrons or radioactive waste management may directly or indirectly reference this document.
