Scope

This International Standard specifies test methods for the determination of consistent and reliable electrical characteristics of the printed and flexible p-type or n-type based TFT-active matrix using semiconducting inks formulated by small organic molecules, polymers, single walled carbon nanotubes, or metal oxides.
