Overview: Under the direction of the WEE/37, is responsible for preparing standards for the Acceptance Levels for Flaws in Welds. The committee prepared the British Standard, BS 7910, Guide to methods for assessing the acceptability of flaws in metallic structures. This Property sub-group (panel WEE/37/-/7) is responsible for the writing of clause 7.1.3-7.1.5 and annexes J and L in the revision of BS 7910.
