Overview: Under the direction of MCE/14, is responsible for the UK input to National, European and International standardization work related to the specification, testing and definition of all aspects (including noise and vibration) of AC and DC generating sets driven by reciprocating and rotary displacement internal combustion engines. Specifically to provide UK input to ‘ISO/TC 70/WG 10 Reciprocating internal combustion engine driven generating sets’ and ‘ISO/TC 70/WG 14 Requirements and tests for low-power generating sets.
