Overview: Under the direction of PVE/3, is responsible for the UK input to the development and adoption of standards from ISO/TC 58/SC 3 and relevant CEN/TC 23/WGs and for national and other standards concerning: • the design, construction, testing and inspection at time of manufacture of gas cylinders and other pressure receptacles. It excludes cryogenic vessels and aerosols. NOTE For LPG valve related matters, PVE/3/3 liaises with PVE/19 LPG containers associated fittings).
