Overview: Under the direction of GW/1, is responsible for producing British Standards relating to Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) including technologies such as CCTV, video analytics, body worn video, and emerging video surveillance technologies. GW/1/10 is responsible for UK input to European and international committees, including CLC/TC 79/WG 7 and IEC/TC 79/WG 12. GW/1/10 provides assistance and input to other relevant national, European and international committees, as well as other public policy groups that may impact on the standards in this area.
