Overview: Under the direction of MHE/12, to prepare and co-ordinate the UK input for CEN/TC 98/WG 7 and for national standards for suspended access equipment. This includes preparation of basic calculation and stability criteria, matters of construction, safety testing and inspection of suspended access platforms. To appoint the UK experts to participate in meetings of CEN/TC 98/WG 7. B/514/39 reports to B/514. B/514/39 has liaisons with MHE/12 and PH/5.
