Overview: Under the direction of SES/1, leads and co-ordinates UK contributions to the development and review of standards which provide tools and techniques for the planning, delivery, assessment and review of life cycle thinking in the context of environmental management. This may include ‘life cycle assessment’, environment-related ‘footprinting’, environmental labelling, environmental accounting and resource efficiency. It is also responsible for the UK input to ISO/TC 207/SC 3, ISO/TC 207/SC 5 and its working groups
