Overview: Under the direction of the Standards Policy and Strategy Committee, is responsible for the UK input to IEC/TC 27 ‘Industrial Electroheating Equipment’ and CLC/SR 27 ‘Industrial Electroheating Equipment’. Subjects covered are dimensions, methods of test, characteristics and safety requirements for industrial heating installations (and their components) including arc, dielectic, electrode, induction, infra-red and resistance heating
