Overview: Under the direction of the Standards Policy and Strategy Committee, is responsible for UK input to certain sub committees and working group of ISO/TC 5/SC 10 and CEN/TC 74, and for standards related to flanges in pipelines and piping systems (except for those used for hydraulic and pneumatic load transmission) including dimensions, tolerances, material selection, fixing selection (e.g. nuts and bolts), delivery conditions, calculation methods and gaskets.
