Standards Development
The aim of this standard is to provide and share environmental conditions suitable for production of bee pollen and the beekeeping recommendations needed to ensure that the bee pollen harvested and packaged is of sufficient quality to be sold on national and international markets.
1.With the promulgation and implementation of the international standard of "Bee pollen (ISO 244382), there is an urgent need of technical standards for production and conditioning management that are commensurate with the "International Standard of Bee pollen," to standardize the production process, packing and storage conditions of bee pollen.
2. This standard regulates all aspects of bee pollen production, conditioning, storage, transportation, record, identification, etc. Through these scientific regulations, it provides corresponding production management specifications for bee pollen production to ensure the quality and traceability of bee pollen products.
3.The market demand of bee pollen need to be developed: bee pollen is a pure natural advanced health product produced by honeybees and contains a wealth of nutrients such as protein, fat, vitamins, sugars, etc.. As a result, Bee pollen has a wide market demand and is widely welcomed in all countries of the world.
4.Problems to be solved in the setting of this standard: To solve the quality risk problems of bee pollen in harvesting, conditioning, storage and transportation, to ensure the quality of bee pollen.
5.What the value of this standard will bring to the general consumers: This standard provides the corresponding standard for the production and trade of bee pollen by scientifically regulating the production and management of honeybee. It will improve the production and conditioning technology level of bee pollen, promote the progress of bee products industry, perfect the standard system of bee products, and promote the continuous development of the world bee industry.
