Committee: EPL/46 Cables, wires and waveguides, radio frequency connectors and accessories for communication and signalling

Scope

Under the direction of the Electrotechnical Sector Board, prepare and maintain British, European and International standards for cables having metallic conductors, wires, waveguides, r.f.connectors, and accessories for analogue and digital transmission systems and equipment for communication and signalling. EPL/46 Cables, Wires & Waveguides, R.F. Connectors, & Accessories for Communication & Signalling and sub-committee EPL/46/2 are responsible for the UK input into the work of IEC/TC46 and CENELEC CLC/TC46X and their subcommittees under the direction of the Electrotechnical Sector Board.
